Students and sustainability are at the heart of The Engine Shed. We strive to create a friendly, affordable and inclusive space for our students. The Engine Shed is mainly staffed by our student staff and menus are specially designed to suit all tastes.

The Community Kitchen

The community kitchen is available to all students, for group cooking, dinner parties and cooking events please pre book through membership services.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all supply cooking equipment and utensils. 

Did you know we can take payments through student bursary.

Monday – Friday: 08:30AM – 16:30PM
Saturday: 08:00AM – 11:00AM
Sun: Closed

Non Term Time:
Open for private Events & Sat 8AM – 11PM

As part of our sustainability incentive there will be a 20p fee for non-reusable cups. This 20p will go directly into our sustainability fund for UON Students. Please contact su.finance@northampton.ac.uk.
